| Milind Kadbane |
| Milind has more than 10 years of enterprise software development on Windows and Web platforms. Prior to InnovizeTech, he was Project Manager at Leo Technosoft where he was responsible for client interfacing, overall product design, and managing delivery teams for several US customers including TrendCore and AppTheory. |

| Prasad Chitale |
| Prasad has 17+ years of experience in senior management roles (Director Product Development, Business Unit Head, and Practice Head), while continuously maintaining his technical acumen. He has worked for companies ranging from large IT Services firms like Tech Mahindra, global product companies and his own startup. |

| Prasad has strong leadership experience in Engineering (having led large projects with 300+ engineers for British Telecom, AT&T, and Microsoft), Sales and Marketing, and Technology Consulting. He was co-founder of a product company that built a DRM/Billing framework. |

| Prasad has a BE (Computer Science) degree from University of Pune, and currently doing his PhD from University of Pune. |
